These terms govern your use of the ElyRoam website, apps and eSIM services. By purchasing an eSIM you agree to them.

Service

ElyRoam resells mobile data plans provided by licensed network partners. Coverage, speeds and availability depend on the local networks.

Your responsibilities

You must use a compatible, carrier-unlocked device and install the eSIM according to our instructions. Most eSIMs can be installed only once.

Payments

All prices are charged in US dollars. Orders are confirmed once payment succeeds.

Travel agents

Partner agents must follow the partner programme rules shared on approval. We may suspend accounts that misuse the platform.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses caused by network outages outside our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected plan.
